Those match up with the orange Swoosh, eyelets and outsole as well, rounding out the perfectly variegated palette.Unlike the Florida and Ohio State LeBron 11s glimpsed recently however, this colorway isn’t for the Beavers basketball squad. Rather, the football team will wear them to the upcoming Hawaii Bowl festivities next week.Photos via Mike Riley.Previous story Air Jordan 5 OREGON DUCKS Release on the Way?Next story Nike SB Dunk Green/Orange “Croc” | Another LookRelated PostsNew Oregon State Helmets for Spring PracticeMarch 3, 2015Nike LeBron 11 Low BISCAYNE Release Info, Official PhotosSeptember 2, 2014Nike LeBron 11 MAISON DU LEBRON | Devil’s in the DetailsAugust 20, 2014Nike LeBron 11 Low BISCAYNE Release Date, PhotosAugust 19, 2014FacebookSearch NikeBlog.comRecent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!Recent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!MIssionTo provide the most up to date news, images, and opinions on today's top sneaker company.FIND ARTICLESHomeAboutAdvertise on NBContactPrivacyTwitterFacebookRSSNikeBlog.com is not affiliated with the Nike, Inc. brand in any way, shape, or form. Today brings yet another look — the most detailed to date, by far — of the Nike LeBron XI Heat, release date as yet unannounced. (Likely around October or November, though, as the former month carries the very first LeBron XI release.)Done up in a black-and-red palette perfectly matching the Heat’s away uniforms, the shoe mixes some of Nike’s most impressive innovations — Hyperfuse, Armorposite, Dynamic Flywire, and a drop-in midsole that boasts full-length Zoom Air as well as Lunarlon. It’s genuinely possible you’re looking at the most advanced hoops shoe of all time.Check out a litany of photos below and keep it locked to NB for release details; they’re likely forthcoming in the not-too-distant future.Nike LeBron XIStyle #: 616175-001Photos courtesy of Long 7.
If, following this weekend’s launch of the Nike SB Dunk High edition, your particular case of Tiffany fever has yet to abate, sneaker-customizing fixture Fetti D’Biasi’s latest will be of interest. Behold — the Nike LeBron 11 Diamond custom.Borrowing the famous palette of the two Diamond Supply Co x Nike SB Dunk Diamond editions, Fetti applied the familiar shade of light blue to the shoe’s mesh and Hyperfuse upper, starkly contrasting with black Hyperposite piecing and outsole, and a silver Swoosh. In both colors and blocking, this is about as close as one could get to applying the “Diamond” Dunk look to the LeBron 11, less a bit of croc-embossing. So, does it do justice to the originals?Being a custom, this shoe is of course not releasing en masse, but Fetti is creating a full size run. Hit her website to commission your own.
