Nike is celebrating Independence Day in style, with a duo of must-have launches that will make you glad you’re an American. (Or at least glad that the country’s relative economic freedom fostered the growth of a company like Nike, anyway.) Case in point, the Nike LeBron 11 EXT Crown Jewel release date is set for tomorrow, July 4. (Aka LeBron 11 EXT King’s Crown, if you prefer.)Blending the in-game performance of LeBron James’s signature shoe with the flashy fashion of off-court LBJ, the “King’s Crown” marries together a buttery black molded suede construction with metallic iridescent ‘Posite piecing, all set atop a clean, classic icy blue outsole.Nike Sportswear accounts nationwide will carry the shoe on Friday, July 4, including Nike.com at 8am EDT. Expect a very quick sellout.Nike LeBron 11 EXTBlack/Metallic Gold-BlackStyle #: 677693-0014 July 2014$250Photos via Social Status.
We don’t have much information yet, so we won’t spend a lot of time on this, but here’s an early fleeting glimpse of the Nike LeBron X Jade. While Tweeting (are we still capitalizing that?) the photo, Bron’s guy Maverick Carter mentioned that these are China-only, though there’s already dissenting information out there claiming these will be a later drop in the US. So stay tuned for details. In the meantime … you feeling ’em?
